John Raptis, born in Athens in 1969, began to learn guitar at the age of 13 and two years later he started playing in bands. Playing rock and blues until 1992, he was in the same time engaged in recording his own music and building on his project for an own recording studio.
From 1994 he began to give lessons, to orchestrate and to produce other people's music.
From 1997 until 1999 he completed his music studies and formed a jazz-fusion band with Michael Evdemon on bass and Kostas Beveratos on drums.
In 2004 he released his first album "Trip", with Takis Paterelis (tenor sax), Ioanna Mitsoglou (drums), Michael Evdemon (bass) and himself on guitars. After a meeting in 2005, Basilis Kalistridis became the new drummer of the band.
His second album was released on January 2006, "The Circle" by Soulincident.
Until now the band is playing live in various jazz clubs in Greece.
